The launch of this entity addresses a need identified among <strong>holding company directors<\/strong>. These structures present specific challenges : centralized management of shareholdings, monitoring the <strong>performance<\/strong> of subsidiaries, optimizing internal financial flows, and anticipating tax and accounting obligations specific to holdings.  <\/p>\n<p>In a context where the 2026 budget proposals in France place these structures at the center of financial strategies (Differential Contribution on High Incomes, Finance Bill&#8230;), specialized support is highly relevant.
