They can stimulate innovation by creating a framework conducive to experimentation, as illustrated by the E+C- initiative. Innovation requires widespread experimental approaches to demonstrate the feasibility and reproducibility of solutions. However, it is essential to adapt these standards to foster innovation without compromising the safety and sustainability of construction. Increased collaboration between standardization bodies, companies, and researchers is necessary to develop flexible and evolving regulations.    <\/p>\n<h2><strong>Collaboration and Digitalization : Keys to Innovation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Collaboration among sector stakeholders, particularly between large companies and SMEs, is essential to drive innovation. Research institutes such as INEF4 promote this cooperation by bringing together researchers and engineers. Furthermore, the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Blockchain offers new perspectives for sustainable and intelligent construction. However, to maximize the benefits of these technologies, appropriate awareness and training are necessary at all levels of the industry.
