The appointed partners and their ambitions for NG
Among the firm’s first appointed partners is Maxime CORDIER, who joined in January 2025 to found the M&A department. As Associate Director in charge of M&A, Maxime is convinced that providing pragmatic and effective support to executives and shareholders is fundamental to optimizing value creation during financial and strategic operations.
For Astré BOUCHIER, who joined NG in March 2025, her ambition is clear. As Associate Director in charge of strategic consulting, she believes the firm’s role goes beyond recommendations: she supports SMEs and intermediate-sized companies as a true partner in their transformation.
Having joined in May 2025, Hanuja THIRUVALLUVAR, Associate Director in charge of the audit department, believes that auditing offers the opportunity to transform regulatory obligations into strategic levers. According to her, these missions strengthen the company’s credibility and sustainability while reassuring shareholders, partners, and the markets.
