Your data, our priority
1. Storage and Use of your personal data
The information collected on this form is stored in a computerized file by SAS NG for the purpose of communicating information related to our brand and services. It is kept for 10 years and is intended for use by the marketing and sales departments based within the European Union. This file is accessible only by management and employees of the marketing and sales departments within SAS NG. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may exercise your right to access and rectify your personal data by contacting : SAS NG at 183 Rue de la Pompe, 75016 Paris, France, and/or by email at contact@ng-audit.fr (see §3.1).

- Your first name
- Your email address (personal and/or professional email address)
- Your phone number (personal and/or professional)
- The name of your employer or the organization with which you are associated
- Your resume, as part of an application for a job offer
- Your cover letter, as part of an application for a job offer
- Your responses to invitations and confirmations of participation in events we organize (webinars, conferences…)
2. Consent and Processing of your personal data
By checking the mandatory consent box before submitting each form on the website www.ng-audit.fr (“I authorize the NG website to contact me personally about its services. My personal data will never be disclosed to third parties.”), you explicitly authorize the storage and processing of your data for the purpose of informing you about our services. You authorize :
- SAS NG will contact you for any business relationship
- The Marketing department to provide you with personalized information about our services
- SAS NG stores information about your browsing history on the www.ng-audit.fr website in order to segment our contact lists and send you only communications that may be of interest to your company, in a personalized manner. This behavioral data is stored within the European Union.
3. Withdrawal of Consent regarding your personal data
3.1. Right to access your personal data
You have the right to access, modify, and/or delete data concerning you at any time by contacting our IT department :
- By mail : SAS NG – 183 Rue de la Pompe, 75016 Paris, accompanied by a copy of your ID. Ideally, send by registered mail with return receipt requested.
- On site at our premises: upon presentation of proof of identity. The CNIL specifies : “You may be accompanied by a person of your choice. The consultation must be long enough to allow you to take notes conveniently and completely. You may request a copy of the data.”
The data controller has a maximum response time of two months from the date of the request, whether it was made by mail or in person. The CNIL specifies : “If the request is incomplete (e.g., no ID), the data controller is entitled to request additional information: the deadline is then suspended and starts again once this information has been provided.”
The limits to the right of access are specified on the CNIL website.
3.2. Changing your subscriptions
You can also freely modify your subscriptions to our communications by clicking on “Manage preferences” at the bottom of each of our communications sent by email.
To unsubscribe from all SAS NG communications, you must click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails. You can then choose :
- to change your preferences for receiving our communications
- unsubscribe from all marketing and commercial communications until you resubmit your consent on the website.
