A new office for greater proximity
NG announces today the opening of its new office in Lille. This Lille office marks the continued development of the firm and underscores its commitment to developing a multi-local approach to build lasting and close relationships with its clients and partners throughout France. The firm has chosen to establish itself in the new “Shake” building, located at 612 Rue de la Chaude Rivière, whose quality of services and location align with NG’s values.
A new director at the head of the Lille office
The Lille office is led by Maxime CORDIER, M&A Director. With a solid background, first as an investor in a fund and then as Partner in an investment bank, he positions himself as a key partner for family-owned intermediate-sized companies and SMEs, supporting them in their financial and operational challenges at every strategic stage. The M&A activity brings genuine complementarity to NG, which offers a comprehensive and integrated service to support business growth, optimize financial structuring, and successfully transfer entrepreneurial assets.
Having joined NG in January 2025, Maxime’s mission is to support executives and shareholders in their strategic projects and financial transactions: growth (organic or external), business succession, and financing. He provides strategic and operational expertise to structure, optimize, and secure each transaction from initial analysis to final negotiation with a single objective: maximize the value created for the company and its shareholders.
