Research institutes such as INEF4 promote this cooperation by bringing together researchers and engineers. Furthermore, the integration of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and Blockchain offers new perspectives for sustainable and intelligent construction. However, to maximize the benefits of these technologies, appropriate awareness and training are necessary at all levels of the industry. It is also crucial to create an ecosystem favorable to innovation, encouraging the exchange of ideas and pooling of resources to address the challenges of the construction sector.
